I worked on a very exciting project for the Irish Fashion Industry in 2008 in the form of an online electronic magazine for those interested in what’s what in Irish fashion. I worked closely with the client to produce the distictive logo and branding for the site along with an easy to read, accessible, content rich eZine format site that definitely set tongues wagging in fashion circles. The content is easy to access for all users, including those using screen readers, right from the front page and attracted a large following.

Site functionality included, competitions, discount vouchers, Fashion directory listings and comment/post feedback in articles marked for discussion. The whole site is powered by one of my own CMS’s and comes with a full banner ad Server management tool.

Within a few short weeks of launching the site had gained the attention of Irish Fashion guru Louis Copeland who became involved in a regular questions and answers column on the site much to the readers delight, along with other well known Irish fashion industry icons such as Eavanna Breen, Lara Ford, Tess Purcell and Peter Mark Consultant, Simon Reilly. The site popularity has been incredible with it being featured in most of the national papers and radio over the past couple of years.
